Terms of Service
These terms will apply regardless of the method you use to contact or commission me. It is your responsibility to review these terms before you commission me.
GENERAL⟡ At the moment, I am only accepting direct commissions through Artistree and Ko-Fi. Additional information and instructions not mentioned here will be provided once the request is initiated on those platforms.⟡ I have the right to decline any commissioner and/or their request.⟡ Unless specified, I will not copy, use, or follow any other art styles except my own.⟡ No refunds / cancellation will be issued; however, please feel free to reach out to negotiate a solution.⟡ I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time due to personal circumstances. Prior payments will be refunded or partially refunded, depending on the amount of work completed and approved by the client/commissioner.⟡ Commission prices on the designated platforms are in USD and PHP.⟡ Commissions created for or distributed via blockchain or AI training-related technology are strictly prohibited.⟡ I reserve the right to request the removal of any artwork that violates my terms of service or is used without my permission.⟡ Unless specified otherwise, all discussions regarding the request/commission will be held exclusively on Artistree or Ko-Fi. This includes revisions, any inquiries from me, and sample drafts.⟡ Effective and courteous communication is required. I will give updates as promised and welcome any reasonable questions regarding the status of the commission. Any harassment or inappropriate conduct will lead to the cancellation of the commission without a refund.
PRODUCT AND DELIVERY (FOR CLIENTS/COMMISSIONERS)◆ The completion of a commission may vary depending on the request. It may extend depending on my personal circumstances. If anything happens, I will notify the client/commissioner about the extended time.◆ By default, the final product will be provided as digital image files (PNG), both with and without a signature. The resolution may vary depending on the request, and other details may also be adjusted accordingly. The files will be sent directly to the provided email address or to the platforms where the commission was placed.◆ Revisions will depend on the type of commission requested on the platforms.◆ No response within one day of sending the initial draft for approval will be automatically considered approved, and we will proceed with the finalization of the commissioned piece. Rest assured that the date for sending the initial draft will be provided.◆ No response/confirmation on the day of completion after sending the commissioned piece will be automatically marked as completed and delivered. I am not liable for any problems with the final product not being received due to mishandling on the client’s/commissioner’s part.◆ I will not resend the final product after the request has been marked as completed/delivered, and no further inquiries about the request will be addressed.◆ You may NOT use your commissioned piece for commercial purposes. Only for personal use. No reupload, distribution, or posting online of the commissioned piece w/o the signature.◆ You may use it as a profile picture on social media or gaming platforms, but please do not claim it as your own artwork.◆ You may NOT trace, edit, and/or modify the commissioned piece in any form without my knowledge and permission.◆ Your commissioned piece may be included in my digital portfolio as samples, Feel free to notify me if you wish me to omit it from my digital portfolio.

1. COMMISSION REQUEST+PAYMENT
➤ Upon placing your request, both Ko-Fi and Artistree will confirm that your payment for the commission has been processed.➤ Once you agree to the TOS, provide the necessary information for the commission, and make your payment, I will be notified of the request and will begin with initial inquiries to the client/commissioner, if necessary.➤ At this stage, I reserve the right to decline, cancel, and refund your request if it includes elements that I do not accept or that are against my TOS.2. DRAFT & PROPOSAL
➤ After gathering enough materials and references for the commission, I will begin creating the draft and send it for initial approval to the client/commissioner within two days of confirming the request. I reserve the right to cancel or postpone any commission at any time due to personal reasons. Any harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in the cancellation of the commission without a refund. [READ TOS]➤ At this stage, the client/commissioner is allowed to request one revision of the sketch/draft, and this revision is free of charge.➤ No response within the day of sending the initial draft for approval will be automatically considered approved. No refunds from this point forward. [READ TOS]➤ Once the initial draft has been approved, I will proceed with the official process of the commission and send at least two work-in-progress screenshots to the client/commissioner to keep them informed that the request is actively being worked on within the agreed timeline. The number of revisions allowed will then vary depending on the selected commission type, and no additional revisions beyond that will be permitted.3. FINAL APPROVAL
➤ Once the request has been finalized, I will notify the requester via email and the platform where the commission was made, confirming that the work has been completed. At this stage, they may still request small tweaks, but only if no revisions were requested during the official process of the commission.➤ After all tweaks are made and approved, the final product will be delivered to the requester through the provided email address or the platform where the commission was placed.➤ If there is no response/confirmation on the day of completion after the commissioned piece has been sent, it will automatically be marked as completed and delivered.
